I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the garden, were beautifully maintained and a joy to spend time in. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff were always ready to assist me with my luggage and the hotel had ramps and elevators in place to ensure I could navigate easily. It was a relief to find a hotel that understands the needs of older guests.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could offer some assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs. While I managed to haul my luggage up the two flights of small stairs, it would have been nice to have a helping hand.

The garden at LE 139 was absolutely enchanting. It felt like stepping into a hidden oasis, where time stood still. Walking through the vibrant flowers and lush greenery was like being in a fairytale garden, straight out of a storybook.
Wet floor in the shower.

I had a fantastic stay at this budget accommodation on the outskirts of the town. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the historic castle and old town. The room was well-equipped and had air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owner was extremely helpful and provided assistance with finding the property. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient for getting groceries. I especially enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the place.
The check-in experience was a bit disappointing. There was a delay in someone showing up to receive us, despite informing them of our arrival time in advance.

Stayed at Le 139 for a short stay. The studio apartment was clean and had modern interiors in a charming stone building. Loved the historical information provided about the building. The owner was helpful and there's a good supermarket nearby. Conveniently located near an old town and castle. Secure parking and welcome air conditioning. Comfy bed, just missed having bedside tables. Nice to have a kettle and a lovely outside area for meals.

The room at Le 139 Carcassonne has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with its beautiful tile/marble floor and lovely decor. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the soundproofing in the studio, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The kitchenette and microwave were convenient for preparing meals and snacks.
Personally, I found that the private entrance at Le 139 Carcassonne was a bit tricky to navigate. However, I understand that others may still appreciate the added privacy and security it provides.

The studio apartment was mind-blowingly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The modern interiors inside the charming stone building were jaw-dropping. I loved the historical information provided about the building. Despite being on the outskirts, it's only a 25-minute walk to the train station and a 15-minute walk to the old medieval town. The owner was super helpful with directions and other queries. The location was amazing, with an historic castle and old town nearby. The secure parking was a huge plus, and the communication with the hosts was excellent. The shower was great and the water, coffee, and tea provided on arrival were a nice touch. No problems finding the property, and considering it was tourist season, it was excellent value for money for a one or two night stay.
